I've never really been a huge fan of the color pink.
That's pretty obvious in this post.
But when I saw these pink boot cut pants on the clearance rack at Target, I knew I was in love. I debated so long about whether or not I should purchase them. I mean I literally thought about these pants in my sleep. Has anyone else ever done that?
NO!!!
Okay so maybe it's just me-the crazy shopaholic lady who dreams about clothes all night long.

I thought about a million and one ways to style the pants but the original markdown price of $12.48 was still a bit too much for me. When they finally got marked down to $6.88 I didn't really have another choice. So I paid up.
Call me cheap or whatever-I call it frugality at it's best. And I'm not ashamed of it either.
That's my way of life and I'm sticking to it.
Upon purchasing these pants I knew exactly how I would style them.
I cringe at matchy matchy looks so I knew that I wanted to do some contrasting colors here.
This thrifted JCrew plaid was perfect underneath my chocolate sweater.

Here lately I've noticed myself shying away from lots of heels. Don't get me wrong, I'm totally a heel fanatic but the extremely cold weather in my area has me seeking more comfortable ensembles. There's nothing worse than being cold with hurting feet. And lemme tell you-I HATES being cold. I'm that chick who goes to bed with footed pajamas, an electric blanket, and an oscillating space heater. My honey hates it!!
Needless to say, I wore this 'fit to church. I was able to feel comfortable and cute during worship without feeling like I was doing too much.
BTW, I hope you aren't fed up with my riding boots yet. They will make several more appearances here on the blog before the summer hits. I just can't get enough of them.
Which pieces of clothing do you find yourself obsessing over in the wee hours of the night?
I can't wait to hear from you!
Thanks for reading.
